We're primarily movers, but we work at a patient pace and can schedule a separate sorting day ahead of the move if that makes the transition easier.

Can an out-of-town family member coordinate the move remotely?

Yes, we're happy to communicate by phone and send photo updates during the move so family members who can't be there in person stay informed.

Do you handle fragile or sentimental items with extra care?

What to expect.

Moving into a senior living community (independent living, assisted living, or a smaller retirement home) usually means going from a full house to a single room or small apartment, and the hardest part is almost never the physical lift — it's the decisions about what comes, what goes to family, what's donated, and what's sold. We're happy to work at the pace that requires, including scheduling a pre-move sorting day separate from the actual moving day if that helps.

Many senior living communities in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene have specific move-in logistics: a designated loading dock, a limited move-in window, floor plans that dictate what furniture actually fits, and staff who need advance notice of a moving crew's arrival. We coordinate directly with the community's front desk or move-in coordinator ahead of time so nothing is a surprise on move day.

We also work with adult children coordinating a parent's move from out of town — confirming details by phone, sending photo updates during the move, and making sure a family member who can't be physically present still has full visibility into how the day went.
