Post Falls sits right between Coeur d'Alene and Spokane on I-90, and it's become one of North Idaho's fastest-growing towns for exactly that reason — commutable to both, cheaper than CDA proper, and still growing new subdivisions every year.
Older Post Falls near downtown and the Spokane River has established, mature-tree neighborhoods with a mix of home ages. Commuting
