How much does a local move cost in Spokane or Coeur d’Alene?

Every move is unique. MOVE FORWARD LLC provides customized moving estimates based on your inventory, distance, accessibility, crew requirements, and requested services. Contact us for a personalized moving quote.

How long will my local move take?

Studio apartments typically take 2–3 hours, one-bedroom 3–4 hours, two-bedroom 4–6 hours, and three- and four-bedroom homes 6–8+ hours. We’ll walk your inventory and drive time on the phone or in person before you book so there are no surprises.

Do you require a deposit to book a local move?

For most local moves we don’t take a deposit — we lock in your date with just a confirmed quote. For larger jobs or peak weekends we may ask for a small hold, and it always applies to your final bill.

Do you move on weekends?

Yes. Saturdays are our busiest day and we run full crews all weekend during May through September peak season. Book at least a week ahead for Saturday slots.

Do you protect the floors and doorways?

Every crew arrives with door jamb protectors, hardwood floor runners, and pads for banisters and corners. If you’ve got specific concerns — hardwood, tile, LVP — mention it at booking and we’ll bring extra material.
