How Much Do Movers Cost in Spokane in 2026?

The base structure

Local moves are billed hourly with a two-hour minimum, by the crew — typically two, three, or four movers depending on home size. A two-person crew runs lower per hour than a four-person crew, but a bigger crew often finishes faster, so total cost can land similar for a mid-size home either way.

Studio / 1-bedroom apartment

Typically 2-3 hours with a two-person crew. This is usually the cheapest tier and the most common labor-only booking (renting your own truck, hiring us just for the lift).

2-3 bedroom home

Typically 4-7 hours with a three-person crew, depending on stairs, distance to the truck, and how much is already boxed versus needing pack help. This is the most common full-service booking we see in Spokane.

4+ bedroom home

Typically a full day (6-9+ hours) with a four-person crew, sometimes split across two trucks or two days for very large homes with a lot of furniture.

What raises the price

Stairs with no elevator, long carry distances from the truck to the door, items requiring special handling (pianos, safes, pool tables), and packing services added on top of the move itself. Long-distance moves are priced differently — typically by weight/distance plus labor rather than a flat hourly local rate.

What does NOT raise the price with us
