What to expect.

Most of our office and corporate clients in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene want the move done Friday evening through Sunday, so the team walks into a fully set-up space Monday morning. We plan crew size and timeline backward from that deadline, including staging furniture and equipment in the right rooms (not just the right building) so your team isn't spending Monday moving desks themselves.

IT equipment gets specific handling — servers, monitors, and networking gear are moved with anti-static precautions and clearly labeled by workstation or department so reconnection is fast. Filing cabinets and document storage are moved intact when security requirements allow, or boxed and inventoried when they don't. We ask about your IT and document handling needs during the quote process, not on move day.

Most commercial buildings in downtown Spokane and Coeur d'Alene require a Certificate of Insurance before a moving crew can access loading docks or freight elevators — we carry standard commercial coverage and send our COI to your building management as soon as it's requested, which avoids a last-minute scramble the week of the move.
