Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Move Forward LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website moveforwardwithus.com and the moving, delivery, and labor services we provide in the Inland Northwest, including Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Spokane, and surrounding areas. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Move Forward LLC provides local moving, furniture delivery, packing, and moving labor services. All services are quoted based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions on the day of service differ materially from what was described (for example, additional items, longer distances, or access issues not disclosed at the time of booking).

Hourly Rates and Billing

  • 2-mover crew: $150/hr (truck included)
  • 3-mover crew: $210/hr (truck included)
  • 4-mover crew: $275/hr (truck included)

The clock starts when our crew dispatches from our Post Falls yard and stops when the job is complete. A 2-hour minimum applies to all local moves. After the minimum, time of 15 minutes or more into an additional hour bills as a full hour. Long-distance moves are quoted separately.

Booking and Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed via email, text message, or phone. A booking is considered confirmed only after Move Forward LLC has acknowledged and scheduled the job on the calendar. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any job based on availability, safety, or other reasonable business considerations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible by phone, text, or email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods at our discretion. Invoices are issued through Square or QuickBooks.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your move, including item counts, addresses, access conditions, and any special items
  • Disclose any items of unusual value, fragility, or hazard prior to the move
  • Ensure clear access at both pickup and delivery locations
  • Be present (or designate someone) to direct the crew at pickup and delivery
  • Properly prepare items for transport unless packing services are purchased

Liability

Move Forward LLC is licensed and insured. Our liability for loss or damage to items during a move is limited to the extent permitted by Idaho state law and our insurance coverage. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly packed items (unless packed by us), items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, firearms or ammunition, live animals, perishable food, or items prohibited by law. The customer is responsible for disclosing and properly handling such items separately.

SMS Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Move Forward LLC related to your inquiry, quote, scheduling, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this site without our written permission. We reserve the right to update or modify the site and these Terms at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
